Serving the GTA since 2004, Villa Leonardo Gambin provides an atmosphere of warmth and comfort for its 168 residents as well as their loved ones.
The six unique residential home areas provide an attractive, casual, home-like setting and are designed to meet the diverse needs and preferences of residents. Each neighbourhood has been designed to celebrate life with its own lounge/living area and ding area with a family friendly mini kitchen serving meals that are culturally inspired.
Villa Leonardo Gambin offers both private and semi-private accommodations.

Residential Tour
Tours of the residence are held every Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday at 2pm. There is a maximum of 6 people per tour.

Testimonials
Air Conditioning
Villa Leonardo Gambin does not currently have Air Conditioning in all resident rooms. We are in the process of installing air conditioning in resident rooms and the project work is due to be completed by October 2022.
Villa Leonardo Gambin does supply air conditioning in all resident common areas such as dining rooms, the activity rooms and throughout the hallways. Tempered air is cooled and is vented to resident rooms currently. In the interim Villa Leonardo Gambin has brought in portable air conditioning units to south facing resident rooms and any other resident rooms that may require it.
Our Heat Risk Plan includes monitoring of residents closely during May to September for heat related risk. We offer residents cool beverages during all meals, snack passes, hydration stations, and cool treats to ensure they are safe and well hydrated among other interventions in place. Keeping residents cool and comfortable during the warmer months is a high priority.
